Arms : Per fesse embattled argent and azure, in chief five barrulets surmounted to the dexter by an Alto Clef sable; over all a dexter hand proper, the cuff erased Or, holding a baton erect also proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, lssuant from a wreath of laurel a swan rousant proper collared Or.

The arms were officially granted on July 14, 1947.
