Escudo de púrpura com um golfinho de prata em abismo acompanhado em orla por 4 vieiras e 4 búzios alternadamente, todos de oiro, os ultimos colocados nos cantões do chefe e da ponta com as embocaduras voltadas para os flancos. Correia de vermelho, perfilada e afivelada de oiro. O escudo sobreposto a uma âncora de prata posta em pala. Elmo de prata aberto, virado de três quartos para a dextra, guarnecido de oiro e forrado de vermelho. Timbre, meio tritaõ de carnação, sopradndo em duas trompas de oiro que segura com as mãos. Paquife de púrpura e oiro.

Origin/meaning

Shown is the Coat of Arms of the President of the Commission. The Commission itself has the Portuguese Naval Crown on its Shield and a Scroll with the inscription "Comissão Permanente de Acçâo Cultural" below the Shield.
