Escut caironat: d'atzur, un bàcul d'abat d'or posat en pal acompanyat de 2 ponts abscissos de 2 ulls d'argent, un a cada costat. Per timbre, una corona mural de poble.

Origin/meaning

These arms have been officially granted on 3rd October 1989.

These arms are canting: they show two "pontons" (Catalan for "little bridges"). The abbot staff in the middle is an allusion to the abbots of Santes Creus, the owners of the local castle since 1271.
