Arms : Potent argent and azure, on a pale gules a chevron Or, thereon two bars gemel of the third, be tween in chief a garb and in base a martlet of the fourth; on a chief of the first a lion rampant of the second between two hurts both charged with a rose of the first barbed and seeded proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, A sun in splendour Or charged with a cross potent gules.
Supporters: On either side a swan in front of a cedar tree proper; the whole resting on a bridge of fourteen arches over water also proper.
Motto: Adversis major

The arms were officially granted on August 8, 1946 to the Queen Elizabeth Training College for the Disabled.
