RIVIERA

Canton : Ticino
Additions : 2017 Cresciano, Iragna, Lodrino, Osogna

Arms of Riviera

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 2017.

The arms are based on the arms of the Riviera (district). The R and the bar are taken from the district arms, but the R is placed in the upper half and the colours were changed. The bar was also part of the arms of Iragna and Osogna. The tools in the base were part of the arms of Cresciano and Lodrino.
