Escudo de verde, ramo de azinheira de prata, entre duas espigas de trigo de ouro, passadas em aspa, tudo atado de vermelho e realçado de prata; em chefe, pomba do Espírito santo, de prata, bicada e membrada de ouro, orlada de chamas de ouro; em campanha, girassol de ouro, botoado de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ SÃO GREGÓRIO - ARRAIOLOS “.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 6, 1997.
The arms show the important crops of the parish: wheat, cork oak and sunflowers, under the symbol of the Holy Spirit, the local patron saint.
