Escudo de vermelho, Agnus Dei de prata, nimbado de ouro, segurando com a pata dextra uma haste crucífera de prata, com lábaro do mesmo, carregado de uma cruz firmada de vermelho e duas mós de moinho, de prata, tudo alinhado em roquete; em campanha, dois ramos de oliveira de ouro, frutados de negro, com os pés passados em aspa e atados de prata. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ PORTO DE MÓS – SÃO JOÃO BAPTISTA “.
