Escudo de prata, castelo de negro lavrado, aberto e iluminado de ouro, entre balança de azul sustida por espada flamejante de vermelho, em chefe e dois ramos de nogueira de verde, frutados de ouro, com os pés passados em aspa, em campanha. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «PENELA - S.MIGUEL».
