Escudo de ouro, uma faixa ondeada de prata facetada de verde, acompanhada em chefe e em contra-chefe de três cachos de uvas de púrpura, folhadas de verde. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com a legenda, em maiúsculas : “ VILA DE SANFINS DO DOURO “.

The arms were officially granted on May 6, 1992.
