Origin/meaning

The Archway indicates the Mosque of Cordoba, symbolising the Unit's connection with that City. Red and Black are the Colours of Artillery. The Gun and Chain symbolises Selfpropelled Tracked Artilery. The Coat of Arms was approved on 17 May 1994.
