Official blazon

Arms : Azure, a sword argent, the hilt in base Or, between five martlets gold.
Crest: Out of a mural crown argent, within a wreath of oak fructed proper, a beaver Or supporting with the dexter forepaw an open book proper, edged gold, bound gules. Sup­ porters: On either side a beaver, the dexter Or and the sinister gules.
Motto: Leges civitatemque servamus
