Arms: Per pale dexter, Argent on a fess Azure between two stars of six points Sable a fleur-de-lis Or; sinister, Gules a Catherine wheel Or; over all a pale engrailed, per pale Gules and Argent voided Or charged with three computer ferrite core memory store matrices Sable
Crest : An alphyn Gules armed, langued and tufted Argent.


The arms were officially granted on 8 July 1988 by by Lyon Sir Malcolm Innes of Edingight.

Stothers and Hardy Limited was the first company to use a microchip in its coat of arms

Stothers and Hardy was a software developer, by appointment to her majesty to queen. The arms are a combination of the Stothers coat of arms (for Thomas Stothers) and the Hardy coat of arms (for Ken Hardy) separated by the microchips.
