Wapenspreuk: MANU ET MENTEO

Arms: Per pale Argent and Azure, a roundel voided of a cogwheel, counterchanged.
Crest: In front of a trimount issuant Azure, a plume of three ostrich feather quill pens Argent.
Wreath and mantling: Azure and Argent.

The arms were officially granted on October 17, 1986 and again on January 13, 1992.
