Arms of Times Publishing Company

Official blazon

Arms: Argent, eight barrulets sable, over all a caduceus in pale Or.
Supporters: On either side a pegasus sable, winged, crined and unguled Or, holding in the mouth a sprig of oak fructed gold.
Motto: Tempus fuit est et erit.
