VFA-122 FLYING EAGLES, US NAVY

History: Established as VFA-122 on 1 October 1998. Adopted nickname and insignia of VA-106 which had been disestablished in 1969. Is a Fleet Replacement Squadron.

Homeport: NAS Oceana, Virginia.
