Stema Valu lui Traian

Official blazon

Un scut triunghiular roșu, cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un zid de argint. În partea superioară se află o floarea-soarelui flancată de câte un spic de grâu, toate de aur. În vârful scutului se află un ciorchine de strugure și trei coline, toate de aur. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on December 8, 2010.

Wheat ears and sunflowers are the main occupation of the inhabitants, agriculture.

The silver bar signifies the stone wall that was added on the crest of the stone wave along which the locality is located.

The grapes symbolize the Murfatlar vineyard.

The three hills symbolize three historical monuments from the sixth century.

The mural crown with a crenellated silver tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
