Escudo de ouro, duas chaves, de púrpura, passadas em aspa e atadas de vermelho e duas capuchas de negro, tudo alinhado em roquete; em campanha, monte de três cômoros de verde, movente de um pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: «VARZIELAS - OLIVEIRA de FRADES».
