Escudo de prata, monte de dois cômoros de verde, movente dos flancos, carregado de ponte antiga de dois arcos de prata, lavrada de negro, nascente de pé ondado de prata e azul de três tiras; em chefe, rosa heráldica de vermelho, botoada de ouro e apontada de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda em maiúsculas a negro : “ VILELA – ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ “.
