In zilver een hydra van sinopel met negen koppen, de middelste aanziend, zes afgewend en de onderste twee toegewend, getongd van keel, getand en genageld van goud.


Origin/meaning

Shown is the Mythological beast Hydra, which has given the Ship its name. Hydra was eventually killed by the Hero Heracles. It was approved 14 January 1974. The name is used by a Diving Tender.
