Arms: Quarterly, first and fourth gules, six bar rulets argent a mullet of seven points azure, second and third gules, on a lozenge argent a lion rampant of the field; all within-a bordure of clouds proper.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, An owl gold, under the sinister wing an arrow, point to the dexter, azure.
Supporters: On the dexter side an eagle, wings elevated and addorsed, sable, beaked and membered Or, langued and armed gules, supporting with the sinister claw a staff gold, flying therefrom a banner of the first quarter of the Arms; and on the sinister side a winged lion gules supporting a like staff, flying therefrom a banner of the second quarter of the Arms.
Motto: Cautus in consilio, alacer in acto.
