Arms: Azure, a pile reversed Or surmounted in fesse of a wall gold, masoned sable, pierced with an archway of the first, the keystone charged with a fountain, in the archway a key in pale, wards downwards to the dexter, also gold.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, A demi lion ermine crowned with Saxon crown Or, gorged with a collar sable charged with three fountains, and grasping by the blade a sword erect gules. Sup­ porters: On either side a greyhound reguardant ermine, gorged with a collar sable charged with · three fountains.
Motto: Janua securitas
