|Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a black diamond shaped device edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, a red diamond charged with a red devil head detailed black between the inscription “EAST VALLEY” at top and “RED DEVILS” below following the contour of the diamond in white letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 inches (7.62 cm) in height by 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width.
