Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on January 17, 2023.
The three waves in the arms stand for the large lakes of Woblitz, Labus and Useriner See. The six chalices are taken from the coat of arms of the von Dewitz family, which is associated with Userin's history. The chalices also symbolize the six villages in the municipality, and also refer to sociability and solidarity.
The burning wood is reminiscent of the fire clearing used by the first settlers to open up arable land, but also of the three tar kilns that were operated in Groß Quassow, Zwenzow and Voßwinkel.
