CANADIAN FORCES STATION GOOSE BAY, CANADA
Official blazon
A Canada goose alightning on waves of water / Une oie du Canada amérissant sur les vagues.
Origin/meaning
The badge is inherited from the former RCAF Station Goose Bay. It is canting but also indicative of Goose Bay as a staging post for trans-Atlantic and trans-polar flights.
The Motto in Labrador Eskimo translates as "The place where the aeroplanes come in to land".
