Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on February 27, 1998.
The alders are canting (aulne = alder). The division line refers to the cut cloak of Saint Martin, under whose patronage the church of the village is placed.
The lion is taken from the arms of the two families who succeeded one another as lords of the village Marolles de Rocheplatte, lords of Grèves, and Drouin de Rocheplatte.
