English Barry wavy fo four white and blue; within a circle of chaein gold surmounted by a sword silver with a diamond studded holt proper a wolf's head couped black.

Motto: Utcunque placuerit deo

Origin/meaning

From Arms and Motto of Earl Howe (1726-1799). The Sword was presented to him by the Patriotic Found following the Battle of the glorious First of June 1794. The Motto translates as "God's will be done". The Badge was approved in 1940.
