The arms were officially adopted on December 3, 2021.

The ermine bend refers to the Limousin region win which the village is situated. The bend itself refers to the road from Limoges to Périgueux which crosses the town of Séreilhac from northeast to southwest.

The perfume vase is one of the attributes of Saint Madeleine, patron saint of the town. The green refers to the local nature.
