Escudo de ouro, oliveira de verde, arrancada do mesmo e frutada de negro, entre duas burelas ondadas de azul, uma em chefe e outra em ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ OLIVEIRA – ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ “.
