Escudo de ouro, águia de negro acompanhada em chefe de um cálice de púrpura e de um corvo de negro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ LAMA - BARCELOS “.

Origin/meaning :
The arms were officially granted on March 7, 2001.

The chalice and the raven are symbols for the Benedictan Order and the importance for the local history of the Benedictan monastery of Tibães in the parish. The eagle is taken from the arms of the locally important Azevedos family.
