Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.  Description:  On a blue horizontal rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border, a gray Latte stone fimbriated white between two yellow demi-horses counter-forcene attached above a blue scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border and inscribed “TINIAN” in yellow letters.  Attached below the square a blue scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) white border and inscribed “HIGH SCHOOL” in yellow letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/4 inches (8.26 cm) in height by 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) in width. 
Shoulder Loop Insignia.  Description:  A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a shield blazoned:  Azure, semé of Latte stones Argent a horse’s head issuant from base Or.  Attached above the shield a Blue scroll inscribed “TINIAN HIGH SCHOOL” in Silver letters.

Shoulder Sleeve Insignia: Gold, blue and white (silver) are the school colors.  Latte stones were pillars of the house of Taga, the strongest man ever to live according to Marianas legend.  The stones symbolize the strength of mind, body and character of the cadets.  The stallion is the school mascot.
