The Diamond Head a Mountain on Oahu, Hawaii symbolises the home and place of activation of the Unit. The Dragon symbolises action in Vietnam, and the seven decorations earned are represented by the Star. The Star is also a map symbol used fro a Capital, and indicates service in the Saigon and Mekong Delta Area.
