History: Constituted as 15 Aviation Depot Squadron on 6 Dec 1957. Activated on 18 Jan 1958. Redesignated as 15 Munitions Maintenance Squadron on 1 Jul 1960. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 30 Apr 1965. Redesignated as 15 Munitions Squadron on 28 May 2009. Activated on 1 Jun 2009.
