Raised : 21 December 1720 by amalgamating one Squadron from the Riksäkedrottningens livregemente till häst and the Bohusläns dragonskvadron
Named Bohusläns kavalleri- och dragonregmente, in 1727 reorganised as Bohusläns dragonregemente. In 1791 become Infantry.
Disbanded : 1992
Garrison : Uddevalla
