Swedish I fält av silver Lapplands vapenbild, en stående röd vildman med grön björklövskrans på huvudet och kring länderna, hållande i höger hand en på axeln vilande klubba av guld.

Skölden lagd över två korslagda musköter. Motto: (not shown) De hava aldrig svikit eller för egen del tappat = They have never failed or for their own part lost .

English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The Provincial Arms of Lappland with the Muskets of the Infantry. The Motto is the words by King Gustaf III to the Regiment before the 1788 Campaign.
