Buff and Light Blue are the colours associated with Quartermaster Units. The Wheat alludes to the Unit's heritage as a Bakery Unit. The Cornucopia represents sustainment support. The Key is taken from the Insignia of the Quartermaster Corps. The Arrow highlights arms support.

The Coat of Arms and Distinctive Unit Insignia was both approved on 4 August 1998.
