Origin/meaning
The White and Red Grenades symbolises the 1st and 2nd Life Grenadiers Regiments which in 1928 was amalgamated to form the Life Grenadiers Regiment.
During the Years 1994-1997 these Arms was used by the Life Grenadiers Brigade while the Regiment used simliar Arms but with two Swords instead of the Muskets. Following the disbandment of the Brigade (and Regiment)
The Coat of Arms was used by the Life Grenadiers Section, which was disbanded in 2000.
