Crest: From a wreath Or and Vert, a rice stalk Proper, overall two oriental swords saltirewise points up of the like
Motto: Professional Always

Distinctive Unit Insignia, Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in hight overall consisting of a shield blazoned:
Vert, issuing from base a dexter and a sinister gauntlet chevronwise grasping a doubled bladed battle-axe Proper the finial formed by a trefoil Gules.
Attached below the shield a red scroll inscribed "PROFESSIONAL ALWAYS" in gold letters.

Origin/meaning

The Colours Green and Yellow are those of the Military Police Units. The Axe denotes strength and continual vigilance. The Gauntlets symbolise total military preparedness. The Trefoil
denotes the Unit's three World War II Campaigns. The Crest symbolises Service in the Vietnam War. The Distinctive Unit Insignia and the Coat of Arms was authorized 2 September 1998.
