Italian D'azzurro, alla torre d'oro, murata di nero, chiusa d'oro, fondata sulla pianura verde, torricellata di tre pezzi, la torricella centrale più alta e più larga e finestrata di due del campo, le torricelle laterali finestrate di uno, dello stesso, ogni torricella merlata di tre alla guelfa; la torre sormontata dalla corona regia all'antica con cinque fiori trifogliati, visibili, sostenuti da punte, alternati da quattro sferette visibili, sostenute da punte, il tutto d'oro. Sotto lo scudo, su lista bifida e svolazzante di azzurro, il motto, in lettere maiuscole di nero NOBILIS FIDELISSIMA REGIBUS. Ornamenti esteriori da città.
