Wappen von Bühlertal

Official blazon

In Blau ein goldener Schrägbalken, überdeckt mit einem silbernen Herzschild, darin der schwarze lateinische Großbuchstabe B, links oben ein silbernes Lichteck.

The oldest known seal of Bühlertal dates from the early 19th century and shows the arms of Baden. From the middle of the 19th century, a new seal was used, which showed in a crowned shield the letters BT.

Siegel von Bühlertal

The municipal stamp shown in 1892

In July 1895 the council asked for new arms and the State Archives proposed the old arms of the Windeck family, who ruled for many centuries in the area. To distinguish the arms of the municipality, an escutcheon with the letter B was proposed. The council approved these arms in November 1895 and are still in use.
