Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, al cărui câmp de argint este tăiat în vârf de o bandă undată, de culoare albastră. Un urs negru, întors spre dreapta, ieșind din banda undată, înalță cu ambele labe un brad de culoare verde. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
