Quarterly gules and argent, a cross throughout counterchanged between in 1st an eagle displayed argent, in 2nd and 3rd the four arms of a windmill in saltire proper and in 4th two swords in saltire proper.

Origin/meaning

The Eagel symbolizes the USA, the Windmill sails are from the Original Seal of the City of New York from 1686. The Swords from the Arms of the Diocese of London, symbolizes the Jurisdiction fo that Diocese in religious affairs during colonial times.
