ENGERDAL

Province : Innlandet (until 2020 Hedmark)

Arms (crest) of Engerdal

Official blazon

I grønt et gull bogtre.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 8, 1991.

The arms show two pieces of the harness of a horse. The two objects symbolise the ties between horse and man and at the same time the connection between work and recreation.
