Wapen: Verhoogd ingeskulp deursnede van twee stukke, die punt na die skildhoof getop met 'n uitkomende krukkruis, goud en blou, in die skildvoet binne-in die goue haak van 'n herderstaf, uitkomende uit die skildvoet, 'n regopgeplaaste silwer Eskulaapstaf, die slang goud.
Helmteken: 'n Blou antieke lamp met twee handvatsels, goud gevlam, voor twee afgewende blou herderstawwe.
Wrong en Dekklede: Goud en blou.

Arms: Per fess invected of two enhanced, the point chief ensigned with a cross potent issuant, Or and Azure, in base, within the head of a shepherd's crook issuant from base Or, a rod of Aesculapius Argent, the serpent Or.
Crest: A double-handled antique lamp Azure, enflamed Or, in front of two shepherd's crooks addorsed Azure.
Wreath and mantling: Or and Azure.
