Scudo suddiviso in quattro parti, con sovrapposta corona nobiliare, e contornato, alla base, da due fronde di cui la sinistra di alloro e la destra di quercia, legate al centro con nastro tricolore. Il PRIMO quarto, in alto a sinistra, contiene un'aquila nera coronata in campo oro; il SECONDO quarto superiore, è suddiviso a sua volta in due parti di cui una contenente tre stelle d'argento a sei punte in campo azzurro e l'altra, sottostante, un usignolo bruno rossiccio, in campo argento, posato su striscia verde; il TERZO quarto, da sinistra, contiene un braccio con la mano stringente tre serpi verdi; l'ultimo QUARTO, infine, contiene, in campo oro, un castello rosso merlato, sostenente una colomba d'argento.
