H.M. DOCKYARD PORTSMOUTH, ROYAL NAVY

History: The Dockyard built ships between 1497-1967. HMS Victory was hoever built at Chatham.

English Blue; the fouled anchor of HMS Victory gold charged with the arms of the City of Portsmouth (a mullet and a crescent silver).

Origin/meaning

Nelson's HMS Victory is still on display at the Dockyard. The badge was approved in 1968.
