Em orla uma corda de vermelho, ancorada e contra-ancorada do mesmo. Coronel naval de ouro forrado de vermelho. Sotoposto listel ondulado de prata com a legenda em letras negras maiúsculas, tipo elzevir, «CAPITANIA DO PORTO DE OLHÃO».
