Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted on February 11, 2009.
The upper half shows the arms of the Champagne region and the royal French arms. They refer to the fact that in the 13th century the village was part of the Champagne region, and to Marguerite of France, who owned the area in the 14th century and donated it to the Saint-Denis Abbey after her death in 1385.
The chevron refers to the local court, the wheat ears to the importance of agriculture in the municipality.
