Armoiries de Lasne-Chapelle-Saint-Lambert

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on January 27, 1956.

The village has a very complicated history, but never had its own seal. However, there is a seal known from 'Lasne' from 1604, showing the arms above. The crosier and stars refer to the Abbey of St. Gertrudis in Nivelles, to which the village historically belonged. The supporter is St. Lambertus, the local patron saint.
