Origin/meaning

The first and fourth quarter symbolise the importance of water, necessary for farming and cattle-ranching, which are symbolised in the second and third quarter. The flame symbolises spiritual power. Aloes and leopards are symbols for the nature. The leopard is also a symbol of Royalty and power.

The motto means A single bangle cannot produce a sound.
