Gedwarsbalkt van tien stukken goud en rood met de zilveren hoofdletter G over alles heen.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in 2022.

The gold and red bars refer to the County Loon and are taken from the arms of Meeuwen-Gruitrode. The wavy bend is taken from the arms of Opglabbeek. The gold and green bars refer to the sand dunes and forests in the municipality.

The arms were chosen by the citizens of the municipality, who could chose between the arms above and another design below:

This design was based on elements from the arms of Meeuwen-Gruitrode and Opglabbeek.
